Abhi Golhar (born 20 August 1984) is a nationally syndicated radio show host on the Wall Street Business Network, where he addresses topics related to real estate investing. He is also a Managing Partner of Summit & Crowne, a real estate investment firm located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Early Life
Golhar grew up in Kalamazoo, MI. He graduated from Portage Central High School in 2002 and received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan in 2006.

Career
Golhar began investing in real estate in 2002 in Detroit, MI and worked as an investor in markets throughout the Midwest before moving to Atlanta. There he founded the real-estate investment group Summit & Crowne, where Golhar remains a managing partner.
While working with investors, Golhar started the blog Real Estate Deal Talk and began to regularly contribute to Forbes, Huffington Post, and other publications. From 2016 to 2017, Golhar hosted an Atlanta radio show based on his blog on WAFS and on the Wall Street Business Network.
Golhar currently hosts nationally syndicated radio show for Think Realty, an educational, real estate-oriented media company. The show broadcasts on the Wall Street Business Network to a daily audience of 250,000.
